Our Programs

Bible study | bible stories

We take a unique approach using children’s bible stories along with real life scenarios to make it relatable to kids of all ages. Each child is equipped with either the children’s bible stories book or a teen bible. We pair role playing, activities and other creative ways to connect to the youth. Spiritual growth skill building along with prayer is how we start every youth community night on Tuesdays.

Let's Taco 'Bout It Tuesdays

Although we love “walking tacos” on Tuesdays, dinner is something that we try to provide a variety of different cultures and meals to the children. We create a safe space for open discussion “Check-ins,” allowing the youth to collaborate with facilitators to support mentor –mentee groups on a variety of topics: Communication and healthy coping skill building, validating and expressing emotions.

OPERATION R.E.A.D.

We Read, Empower, Affirm, & Develop children through books. We want to encourage literacy, empowering each child to be who they dream to be, affirm them that they are ENOUGH and to develop and grow their minds. We provide snacks, great recap conversation and an interactive, fun learning experience outside of their daily classroom routine.

CREATIVE EXPRESSION

We’ve found that each kid has some sort of creativity waiting to be expressed given the right environment. Painting, drawing, dancing, journaling, , poetry, therapeutic gardening, photography, etc. are some ways to encourage our youth to express their creativity.
